POND DANGER ALERT
We are having problems with youth climbing on the pond's spring house, walking on the concrete wall by the spillway, damaging nearby trees and throwing things into the pond. Our greatest concern is that they may fall into the pond or spillway or injure themselves is some other way. The roof of the spring house is slippery. If your youth are doing this, talk to them, explain the dangers of this type of play, and stop them from doing it.
If you see anyone on the spring house, concrete wall or in the pond area, please note which house they go to after leaving the pond area so we can talk to their parents. There are No Trespassing signs posted on the fencing around the pond and on the spring house. We are a community who cares about our residents, please help us keep them safe.

ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES IN ARROWHEAD
To keep our community free of activities that may in danger our residents, especially our children, residents who notice illegal activities are urged to immediately notify the police (911), explain what is occurring and provide any additional helpful information. Also send an email to our property manager to keep property management aware of these types of activities. (Carol Oliveira, Property Manager - c.oliveira@cpm975.com).
Fireworks
As a reminder, please note the following State and Township code regulations regarding fireworks:
* Must have permission of the property owner
* Cannot be use them within, from or into a building
* Cannot be used from within, from or into a motor vehicle
* Cannot be used at another person
* Cannot be used while under the influence of alcohol, a controlled substance or another drug
* Cannot be used within 150 feet of a structure or vehicle
So based on the first one - you cannot use fireworks on common ground (no permission from the property owner).
And based on the last one - you cannot use fireworks on your own property as there is not more than 150 feet of clearance from "a structure or vehicle".

Note: these restrictions mirror the Pennsylvania State Law:
*They cannot be ignited or discharged on a public or private property without express permission of the property owner.
*They cannot be discharged from or within a motor vehicle or building.
*They cannot be discharged toward a motor vehicle or building.
*They cannot be discharged within 150 feet of an occupied structure, whether or not a person is actually present.
*They cannot be discharged while the person is under the influence of alcohol, a controlled substance, or another drug.
